Objects of the Trust:

1. To establish, develop, assist, run, maintain or operate all types of institutions in the field of education including medicine, nursing, farming, commerce, arts, science, technology, veterinary and such other areas where facility of education is required.
2. To establish, develop, assist, run, maintain or operate centres or institutions for medical care like hospitals, primary care centres etc., to serve the people, especially the poor and rural population.
3. To establish, develop, assist, run, maintain or operate free hostels for deserving students to assist them in their education and vocation.
4. To assist, co-operate with or be involved with various trust institutions working in the country for the upliftment of poor, handicapped and neglected people.
5. To contribute for, establish, develop, assist, manage, run or carry out such other activities that are necessary in the direction of creating, restoring, instilling or otherwise awakening a sense of love and responsibility in the people of the country, particularly relating to human value systems, brotherhood, build a cohesive and sound society, Indian culture, through or under any type of modalities and/or methodologies, like but not limited to leadership camps, personality development camps, people awakening camps, women empowerment camps, culture center/camps, empowerment camps/center and the like.
6. To open, establish, run, manage or contribute to research institutions in Science, Agriculture, Commerce, Technology and Philosophy and to disseminate their results to the public.
7. To grant, assist with or create funds for getting financial assistance or assistance in kind to deserving students, the aged, destitute and widowed women, people affected by natural calamities or such other deserving people needing assistance.
8. To establish, construct, develop, assist, run, maintain or operate places for yoga and meditation, temples and such other religious and spiritual centers or institutions in India.
9. To establish, construct, develop, assist, run, maintain or operate hostels, old age homes, destitute homes, children’s homes or such other centers required for uplifting and helping people in general and the poor and rural people in particular.
10. To assist any institution formed for charitable purposes which are recognized under section 80-G of the Income Tax Act 1961.

The trust shall be vested in and managed by a Board consisting of people of eminence, repute, integrity and calibre including devoted sanyasis attached to Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Mutt. These persons individually called as ‘Trustees’ and collectively as ‘Board of Trustees’.
